UNESCO Antidoping Chair

T
he Chair was officially created in April 2017. Its inauguration will take place on June 6, 2017 at the Paris University Nanterre – La Défense.

The Chair came up as the result of work of the group “Social Sciences & Doping”, created and directed by Patrick Trabal, Professor of Sociology at the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities.

The Chair fully participates in UNESCO missions on the fight against doping. It carries the priorities to bring knowledge to the actors involved in the fight against doping and to work on the tools to reduce tensions between global health imperatives and respect for local cultures.

This Chair is supported by the Paris Nanterre University Foundation.

You can participate in the Chair too. Please, do not hesitate to consult this section. Do you want to apply for admission in the new Master’s program that will start on September 2020?
